Breeze Service provides repair or replacement coverage for eligible products that experience normal mechanical or electrical failure due to normal wear and tear, mechanical breakdowns, electrical failures, or defects in materials or workmanship.
Coverage is subject to the terms of your membership agreement.
If the same covered problem requires multiple repairs after the manufacturer's warranty expires, Breeze Service may replace the covered equipment instead of continuing repairs.

Is Breeze Service required?
No. Breeze Service is completely optional and is not required when signing your lease.
Can I cancel?
Yes. You may cancel your membership at any time. Once cancelled, you are not eligible to opt back in to the Breeze Service Plan.
How do I request service?
Simply contact your installing contractor. They'll inspect the equipment and submit any eligible claim on your behalf.
Do I need to maintain my equipment?
Yes. Regular manufacturer-recommended maintenance is required to keep coverage active.
